SEO Price Guide

Prices where stated below, are for guide purposes only as we will always quote specifically for each instruction received. In general, we charge £45 per hour/£300 per day for our SEO services on an in-house basis. We may request a new client to pay all quoted fees in advance. However, you or your company may open an account with us if you choose and our approved account terms are 50% of quoted fees with order and the 50% balance then invoiced on completion and payable on delivery of the completed project. Any reoccurring monthly fees will be invoiced on the last day of each month and payable within 10 days.

Search Engine Optimisation:

Static, non-ecommerce websites: Initial consultation and full SEO Review & Report...fees of circa £200 - £300, actual amount depending upon size of the website; number of pages to optimise etc. This provides a 4 to 8 page Word document report on all aspects pertaining to the websites on-page and off-page optimisation factors, plus supporting research files.

Dynamic and ecommerce websites: Initial consultation and full SEO Review & Report...fees of circa £350 - £650, actual amount depending upon size of website; number of pages to optimise; the extent of products offered etc. This provides a 8 to 15 page Word document report on all aspects pertaining to the websites on-page and off-page optimisation factors, plus supporting research files.

In both instances, the above fee rates also allow for a reasonable degree of email and/or telephone follow-up consultancy to determine ongoing SEO strategy. We can also offer a personal consultancy/training service at your premises for 1 to 3 persons, at a minimum rate of £350 per day or part thereof, plus expenses.

On-Page Optimisation: Variable rates depending on the results of the SEO Review & Report but as a guide, £20 to £45 per page to cover where required, keyword research, preparing and writing page Titles; meta descriptions & keywords; alt image tags & internal linking; keyword optimised page headlines, sub-headlines & body text.

Off-Page Optimisation: Top directory submissions including preparing optimised listing details - from £12.50 per submission plus Directory fees where payable. Hand built and high quality, Google indexed and minimum PR1, One-Way Links at £10 each from relevant partner sites. Minimum 10 links per month orders accepted, on a minimum renewable quarterly basis. If required, we can also supply home page, three-way linking and reciprocal link exchanges - priced as per individual requirements. Article writing and submission service also available.

PPC Management:

Our PPC management service is fee based, because in our opinion, commission based fee arrangements can be deemed a disincentive to achieving cost effective campaigns for clients. Where one client's needs may require our daily attention but with a nominal PPC budget, another may have a high volume PPC budget, but requires our attention less often.

Accordingly, our approach to PPC management fees is in direct relation to the requirements of the campaign and input required and can only be priced on an individual client basis. As a broad guide, our PPC management fees start from £199 monthly - this would be a for a campaign of up to 5 ads and 100 keywords, with a monthly CPC budget of up to £1000. Internet Marketing:

Although search engine optimisation and Pay-Per-Click advertising like Google Adwords are all part of the internet marketing process, we've used this as a sub-heading to include email marketing, banner exchanges, Web 2.0 promotion, traffic exchanges, press releases, opt-in pages and everything else that is not SEO or PPC. As such, difficult to provide a  price guide here, but we will be pleased to both advise and quote for your individual requirements.

Copywriting:

Descriptive, technical and informational copy for web pages, newsletters and brochures from £20 to £25 per hour. Advertising copy, headlines, sales copy, direct response pieces £35 - £60 per hour. For some specific campaigns and JV's, we will input copy on a no fee basis in return for a percentage of sales achieved.

Clients can achieve considerable cost savings on copywriting fees, based on their own "homework" in terms of product and service knowledge, target audience, previous marketing materials, competitor data etc. A firm and fixed quotation will be given at outset, for your copywriting needs.

Web Design & Hosting:

Although not our main forte, we are able to offer a basic web design service for individuals and small businesses. As an outline guide, a 5 page website including choice of co.uk or .com domain name; email addresses, plus 1 years hosting for £325. Includes 2-3 images per content pages and nominal editing of digital text copy supplied by client. Within this price, we will also optimise the content pages. Additional pages at circa £25 - £75 per page depending on page quantity and content required.
